Objective:to understand the quality of life (QOL) of university teachers in Wuhan and its influencing factors. Methods: the MOS 36-item short from health survey (SF-36) was used to conduct anonymous questionnaire survey among teachers in Wuhan universities, SPSS25 statistical software was used to analyze the data, and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of QOL. Results: the overall scores of Wuhan university teachers in all dimensions were lower than the general population, especially in RP, SF, RE and MH. PCS and MCS scores of Wuhan university teachers showed statistical differences in sleep status, exercise habits, working hours, occupational pressure and interpersonal relationship. In PCS model, three factors including sleep quality, work pressure and interpersonal relationship were incorporated into the equation, and the overall fitting determination coefficient of the model was 0.191 (F=10.197, P收起
