The study discusses an implementation problem of the non-destructive control methods of the main helicopter rotor operation parameters. The critical component of the helicopter main rotor demanding increased control is revealed. Methods and devices allowing carrying out quality control of critical components and elements are proposed. Preflight acquisition stages at which it is possible to introduce the offered methods of non-destructive control are considered in compliance with airworthiness standards of rotary-wing aircrafts. Conclusions on a possibility of further application of the offered methods and devices in flight operation of helicopters are drawn.
