Nanostructures, atoms and molecules are the key matters of nanotechnology. It is applicable in almost all the domain of applied science which includes physics, chemistry, biology, material science, computer science, bio technology and so on. There are huge requirement of nanotechnology in computing and information technology. Nanotechnology has wider scope in computing specially in core computing i.e. use of nano-materials rather silicon chip. Today the size of every kind of electronic devices becomes smaller and for this nanotechnology has played a vital role. The bulk or top-down technology is another important one where applications nanotechnology in computing and information technology taken place. The modern computing and information technology generation seeks more nanotechnology applications for smarter and smaller electronic gadgets. In recent past top down technology is core and very much important criteria for the nanotechnologist and information scientist and technologist are also putting efforts on creation of products by the use of this. In the field of Information Technology, Cloud computing is a kind of mechanism for software and hardware practices empowered by virtualization. The architecture of cloud basically uses less and minimum uses of computer, hardware as well as IT Delivery and in this case application of Nanotechnology are no doubt important and valuable. In recent past Nanotechnology has also created a new avenue for another IT technology i.e. Big Data. In this paper basics of Nanotechnology including its applications in computing and information technology etc have well illustrated. Cloud computing-Big Data Management and their current opportunities in connections with Nanotechnology has also well defined. The paper also prepared with the aspects of issues and challenges as well.
