Study on Reform of Traditional Chinese Opera

Traditional Chinese opera has been in a stagnant state in the modern times, changing into a great a matter of debate among Chinese people. In this paper, the reasons, why it divorces from mass people, loses the market, and falls into a dilemma, are analyzed starting from traditional Chinese opera itself, namely whether the objective laws of its development are ignored by people in multiple years of reform. Therefore, the author calls on relevant parties to draw up a conclusion on historical experience with a serious attitude, pay high attention to the objective development laws of traditional Chinese opera, and make an adjustment to thinking ways. As a result, the development of the prosperity of traditional Chinese opera can be really promoted in the future.
