The out-of-level degree of antenna plate affects the tracking precision of radar. This paper starts with the out-of-level testing principles of plate, according to the current situation that gradienter is significantly affected by shaking of the ship with poor data continuity and it is inconvenient to operate during the out-of-level testing of plate. Then, the author introduces the design of plate out-of-level measurement system under dynamic conditions based on the photographic method, and analyzes the error factors of the system. The experimental data shows that the designed system can effectively overcome the impact of ship-swaying, as well as outputting measurement results accurately and quickly. It can help implement the out-of-level detection of plate under dynamic conditions.
