Among the bioaerosols encountered in present investigation, Aspergillus, Alternaria, Cladosporium, Mucor, Fusarium, Penicillium, Trichoderma, Holoptelea integrifolia, Parthenium hysterophorus, and Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, D. farinae are proved aeroallergens. Dominance of genus Aspergillus in house dust samples was found to be responsible for Allergic Bronchopulmonary Aspergillosis (ABPA). Complete elimination of bioallergens of air is unlikely so, preventive measures are recommended to the patients. Avoidance of allergens constitutes the first line of management of allergies. Hence, patients were suggested for systemic Immunization, proper medication and maintenance of proper hygiene in their houses.
