Electrical behavior, based on in-situ measurements, of several motors for wastewater pumps in a large municipal pumping station is presented in this paper. The main goal is to detect, by electrical measurements, the loading profile of the power drive system, as a useful tool to predict the system damage caused by pump clogging.
