The system (20) has a control case (25) comprising a controller (45) and an electric motor (46) for driving a high pressure pump (47). A measurement case (26) delivers the measurements data related to a state of elements of a motor vehicle and/or to a state of the vehicle. Four hydraulic elements (27, 28) are attached with wheels of the vehicle. The pump injects hydraulic fluid into the hydraulic elements according to the measurements data provided by the case. A reservoir (55) is positioned at an exit of the pump to inject hydraulic fluid into the hydraulic elements. An independent claim is also included for a method for modifying height of a case of a motor vehicle.
