Research on The Development of Traffic Safety Situation Assessment and Pre-warning System in Regional Road Network

摘要

In order to improve traffic safety management in regional road network, a system for traffic safety situation assessment and pre-warning is developed. Based on requirement analysis from the angle of traffic management of traffic polices in China, the system network configuration and functional structure are built. The system databases, including attribute database and spatial database, are established using Oracle and ArcGIS as the main developing tools.Based on WebSphere platform, the traffic safety situation assessment and pre-warning system is developed.And then the functional modules and interfaces of the system are illustrated in detail.
