Based on AAC compressed domain, an objective audio quality evaluation method is proposed which could improve the reduction of audio quality that is cause by AAC compression encoding. There are plenty of parameters affecting audio quality. In the process of parameter fitting, the bit rate and scale factor are adopted, other parameters are used to judge the distortion and correct the scores through the study of the distortion which seriously influence the audio quality. The proposed method is highly consistent with the subjective evaluation results, which can assess the audio quality damage caused by the packet loss, the correlation coefficient of subjective and objective evaluation scores was 0.97, finally implement no-reference real-time objective audio evaluation.
