摘要

The control of the pulverizing system is a bottle neck in the control of the power generation process, since the key controlled variables are either unmeasurable or inaccurately measured. To address this problem, this paper studies the control-oriented modeling and the inferential control of the pulverizing system, aiming at improving the control precision. The first principle model of the pulverizing system is first developed and validated using the historical data from a real power plant. Then a soft sensor is developed to estimate the desired controlled variables that are unmeasureble or inaccurately measured. Finally a model predictive controller is designed. Simulation results show that the dynamics of the proposed model is in well agreement with the measurement data and the proposed inferential control scheme can significantly improve the control precision of the system.
