COAL SUPPLY STATE MEASUREMENT DEVICE OF COAL-FIRED POWER PLANT AND OPTIMUM COMBUSTION CONTROL SYSTEM UTILIZING COAL SUPPLY STATE MEASUREMENT DEVICE, CONTROLLING THERMAL POWER THROUGH MEASUREMENT OF STATE OF PULVERIZED COAL SUPPLIED TO BOILER
PURPOSE: A coal supply state measurement device of a coal-fired power plant and an optimum combustion control system utilizing the coal state measurement device are provided to enable exact quantitative measurement of a supply state of pulverized coal supplied to a boiler and to control the thermal power by the supply state of pulverized coal. CONSTITUTION: A coal supply state measurement device of a coal-fired power plant includes detection parts(10,20,30) installed to bending portions of a conduit(C) and control units(40,50). The detection parts detect static electricity of pulverized coal particles at a first spot where the bending radius in the conduit is small and a second spot where the bending radius in the conduit is large. The control units find the concentration index of pulverized coal for the first spot and the second spot by a static electricity value of the first spot and a static electricity value of the second spot detected through the detection parts, and calculate and output the particle size of pulverized coal by a rate of the concentration index of pulverized coal of the first and second spots.
