摘要

The present work reports how a 3D CFD software can be used to simulate the impact of coal supply modifications on a corner-fired boiler. It shows that an increase of the proportion of low volatile lean coal in the coal blend affects the flame ignition, but does not create major issues with regard to boiler behaviour.
