摘要

The disconnector is becoming a device with frequent failures in transformer substations, seriously affecting the safe operation of power grid. In this paper, the clamping stagnation problem of disconnector in the process of disconnecting was investigated. According to the different characteristics of motor current in varying degree of clamping stagnation, the method of mechanical fault diagnosis, on account of differences in motor current characteristics, was proposed. Specifically, the magnitude of current amplitude was used to judge the intensity of clamping stagnation, and the absolute value integral of motor current was used for distinguishing the normality and slight astringency. With the characteristics of low frequency requirement, high reliability and strong practicability, the method could be realized via microcomputer protection device. Experimental results verified its feasibility and effectiveness.
