This paper studies the integrated reasoning and application of isomeric knowledge based on the management decision problems. Based on the object-oriented representation of isomeric knowledge or hybrid knowledge and under the control of reasoning strategy, it constructs a reasoning system in which the meta inference engine runs as the core and four functional inference engines work in phase. Firstly, the article defines and represents the isomeric knowledge of management decision problems; then the function of every inference engine and the reasoning mechanism in the reasoning system are expatiated. The representation and reasoning of the isomeric knowledge are explained by the example of solving the management evaluation decision problems. The intelligent level of management decision is lifted and the problem solving ability is highly promoted by the object-oriented representation and integrated reasoning of isomeric knowledge in the paper.
