摘要

As a focus of business administration and academic research at present, organizational commitment has been giving play to the function of the bridge between employees and organization, which exerts great influence-on the working attitude and performance of employees. In order to exploring the influence of employee's organizational commitment on job performance, this paper puts forward the theoretical framework and research hypothesis ,and designs the questionnaires to carry on empirical study, the result shows that there is significant influence of employee's organization commitment on job performance.
