The engineering pertaining to natural domain is " natural engineering"; the engineering pertaining to social domain is "social engineering". In the great practice of people to transform the world, "social engineering" and "natural engineering" are equally important. It has significant meaning and effect for our ascertaining scientific outlook on development in an all-round way nowadays to deeply understand social engineering.
