摘要

Microstructure changes of fresh leaves of Artemisia annua L in the process of microwave-assisted solvent extraction was studied through TEM (Transmission electron microscope). Solvent,traditional heating and microwave radiation contributed a lot to the damage inside cells such as plasmolysis, the damage of cell organs and the destruction of starch grains. But there seemed no rupture of cell walls after microwave solvent extraction for 2min. The effect of solvent in microwave extraction was significant because influences of microwave could be enhanced a lot under the circumstances of solvent.
