With the trend of innovation development of enterprise, synergy innovation, synergy degree, synergy effect and the study framework of synergy innovation are put forward. Synergy innovation is defined as an enterprise's development strategy-driven process of realizing the whole enterprise's synergy effect by cooperating the core factors (technology and market) and a few supporting factors (strategy, culture, institution, organization, management etc.) and aiming at augmenting the synergy degree. With a case, this paper explains further the synergy relations of technology and market, strategy and technological innovation pattern, structure innovation and technological innovation. This paper appraises innovative synergy degree and synergy effect in the same industry by the means of benchmarking and prospects the study of principles and order parameter of enterprise's synergy innovation.
