Applying Information Technology Solutions in Teachers' Skills Improvement System

摘要

This paper represents results of developing information system for teachers' skills improvement system in Russia. Authors describe the main features of the information system and its elements. This includes relational database, multimedia user interface, Internet access to some information from database, analytical tools, reporting functions, electronic regional map. It also describes the results of applying mathematical methods with using database information to optimize institute work.
