摘要

Abstract: Time is the best important resource in real-time videoimage processing system. Only few structure oralgorithm can be used in real-time video imageprocessing system because of time limitation. Establisha high speed data-access is a way to this problem. Ittransfer the video signal between output ports andkernel processor as less time delay. The mode,look-up-table, other analysis, adjustment orcalculation rule will be applied first by medium or lowdata-access. We can choose different data-accessaccording to data relation level. Data which has closercorrelation will be treated through low-speed-access,which has loser correlation will be treated throughmedium-speed-access. Theory analysis and experimentshowed that it is a high effective structure forreal-time video image processing. The feature of videoimage and real-time processing system is presented inthis paper. The basic theory of data-access isintroduced also. The status and relation of high,medium, low data-access is discussed and the rules ofdata distribution in different access is analyzed. Someexamples with datas-accesses are given in the paper (TVtracking and measuring, laser signal alarmingsystem).!5
