Simulated Online Testing and Malfunction Diagnosis on Some Type of Position Unit

This paper puts forward the online testing on position unit through the analysis of the circuit operating principle, environmental characteristics and performance testing requirements concerning some position unit, and the testing result is applied in automatic malfunction diagnosis. Based on this theory, an intelligence testing system is designed, for which the industrial computer, voltage sensor and multi-purpose data acquisition module Type JK-U12 serve as the main hardware, technologies including signal simulation, performance testing, serial interface and data acquisition, etc. are adopted for this design, in the meantime, modularized design plan and the measures based on synchronous sampling and real-time data processing are utilized, with all these efforts, simulated online testing and malfunction diagnosis could be conducted even without starting the whole system. It is proved through application that this system is rather operative and extendible.
