FPGA BASED OBDH BUS CONTROLLER

This paper presents an OBDH CONTROLLER and its application SW. This board simulates the BUS CONTROLLER in an OBDH bus. It is full of features necessary for development, test and validation of a single OBDH REMOTE TERMINAL or the combination of any number of REMOTE TERMINALS in an OBDH bus system. This OBDH CONTROLLER is designed for working with all kinds of equipment models, including FLIGHT MODELS.rnThis OBDH CONTROLLER is implemented in a single board that is plugged inside a PC. The size of the board is 156 X70 mm. This makes the product available at a very low cost.rnThere is also a user friendly SW package available, that is based on windows. This makes the use of CONTROLLER real easy. There are also ASSEMBLER, C and PASCAL drivers available for custom applications.rnThe development of the FPGA as well as the EPLD and simulation have been done using VHDL.
