Research on Compound Semiconductor Based Optoelectronic Devices for Fiber Telecommunications

摘要

In this talk, we review recent achievements on compound semiconductor based optoelectronic devices in State Key Lab on Integrated Optoelectronics, Tsinghua Unviersity. The presentation will cover research work on electroabsorption (EA) modulator integrated distributed feedback (DFB) lasers for wavelength-division multiplexing (WDM) systems and the growth of InP based materials by all-solid-source molecular beam epitaxy (SSMBE) system.
