ONLINE DISTANCE LEARNING FOR FRANCOPHONE TEACHERS AND SCHOOL PRINCIPALS

More and more teachers and school principals in Frenchlanguagernminority contexts in Canada enrol in web-basedrndistance learning education programs. Since 2006,rnstudents could enrol in the first francophone ProfessionalrnMasters program (PMP) in Educational Organization andrnAdministration, and Teaching, Learning, and Evaluationrnoffered entirely online and at a distance. This articlernpresents preliminary results obtained from researchrnconducted in June 2009 with francophone teachers andrnschool principals enrolled in online distance learning inrnthe PMP. According to the results of this study, thernmajority of participants are very satisfied with theirrncourses.
