摘要

To improve working performance of small axial flow fan, a new improved structure was proposed "numerical computation carried out for two sets of fan models using RNG k-e model. The results indicats that the improved models of the two sets have the same trend in static characteristics and flow distribution. Conclusions are as follows: (1) The improved results is satisfactory in static chateristics and efficiency. (2) After the structure improvement, the condition of blade tips separation vortex has been improved greatly, and velocity distributing more uniformly along radial. (3) The structure improvement results in the increase of turbulent intensity, which enables energy losses be reduced, hence, static characteristics and efficiency can be improved.
机译:为了提高小型轴流风机的工作性能,提出了一种新的改进结构“使用RNG ke模型对两组风机模型进行了数值计算。结果表明,两组改良模型的静态特性趋势相同。结论如下:(1)改进后的静态特性和效率令人满意;(2)结构改进后,叶尖分离涡的状况得到了很大的改善,沿径向的速度分布更加均匀。 (3)结构的改进导致湍流强度的增加,这使得能量损失得以减小,因此,可以改善静态特性和效率。
