摘要

The frequency-dependent finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) algorithm is developed to analyze nano-scale frequency selective surface (FSS) structures for thermophotovoltaic application. The electrical properties of metal films are described by the Lorentz-Drude model in infrared and optical frequencies. Simulated results are in good agreements with measured results.
