The aim of the present research was, by usual equipments, to develop rapidly disintegrating tablets (RDT) that have satisfactory physical hardness. The formulations and preparation conditions were optimized by different kinds of additives, the content of additives and compression force, et al. Further more, disintegration mechanisms of the tablets were clarified.
