摘要

The multiple unit system as oral sustained release dosage form is more useful than the single unit system because of less influence of dose dumping by physiological factors and difference between lots. To prepare the multiple unit dosage form, the layering method which drug cores are coated with the sustained release materials dissolving or dispersing in organic solvents is widely used. However, it takes a long time to make the sustained release layer and often use a large amount of organic solvent. In this study, the preparing of dry coated sustained-release particles by using the newly developed mechano-chemical dispersing device "Fascinate~R ", where the organic solvents were not required, was tried.
