Environmental Factors in Formal Safety Assessment

摘要

In view of the research and application of Formal Safety Assessment (FSA), this paper illustrates the restrictions of FSA when applied in environmental protection, analyzing environmental factors involved in FSA and appropriate methods to deal with them. Finally, the paper proposes suggestions on establishing Formal Environmental Impacts Assessment System (FEA),in contrast with FSA.
