In this paper, we consider the use of the fictitious absorption method to solve the contact problem of oscillations of a weightless stamp on the surface of an electro-magneto-elastic half-space under initial deformations. Oscillations of a layered half-space with initial mechanical strains is described by using linearized motion equations based on the quasi-static approximation for a prestressed electro-magneto-elastic medium. The Green function of a layered half electro-magneto-elastic-space for various boundary value problems describing various magnetic conditions on the boundary between the electroelastic layer and the magnetoelastic half-space was analytically constructed. Assuming that vibrations of the medium to be settled and proceed according to a harmonic law. The calculated results show the influence of hydrostatic deformation on the dynamic capacitance of an electro-magneto-elastic medium. In addition, the effect of magnetic various boundary conditions on dynamic capacitance is studied. All calculations is present in a dimensionless form.
