A Study of The Regulation of The Allosteric Enzyme Activity

摘要

Based on the properties of allosteric enzymes, a general allosteric model is proposed for allosteric enzyme with n binding sites. It is proved theoretically that MWC model is a special case of the model. It can explain not only the cooperativity , but also the anticooperativity in the regulation of allosteric enzyme.
