PAVIA: a Control System for Active Vision

摘要

A cooperation between Microcalcolatori Laboratory and Visione Artificiale Laboratory of Informatica e Sistemistica Department of the University of Pavia led to design and project the control system for Active Vision named PAVIA.rnThe system allows to control the movements and the independent positioning of two cameras.rnA workstation network processes data received from the cameras and consequentially sends commands to drive four step motors to implement independent 4-axes movements. Furthermore it is possible to control the shot parameters.
