摘要

the deviation patterns are essential information for failure diagnosis and conventionally obatined through the FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) usually performed by system analysts.This paper proposes an automatic acquisition of failure diagnosis logic in hydraulic systems using system bond graph models.Firstly,a system bond graph model (SBG) is developed from the design assumptions.A tree graph representing system state equations obtained from the SBG gives deviation patterns not only at the initial transient state,but also at the steady state.Based on the deviation patterns,the simplified diagnosis logic can be obtained that guarantee the fault distinguishability.
