YFeO3-TiO2 heterojunction semicondutors have been prepared by physical amalgamation. The structure and photophysical properties of heterojunctions were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, N2 adsorption, TEM, UV-vis DRS. Effects of calcination temperature and constitute content on structure and surface characterizations were also investigated. Results showed that YFeO3-TiO2 heterojunctions not only have visible light harvesting but potential force for hole-electron pair separation.
