摘要

With the improvement of equipment intricacy and automation, it is more important for equipment failure diagnosis. In this paper, failure characteristic and mechanism of rotating machine are analyzed. Theory meaning applying ANN technique to mechanical failure diagnosis is set forth. BP nerve network model for failure diagnosis is set up. It is trained and simulated for BP nerve network. The result shows that the system is reliable and practicable.
