The Application of Formal Safety Assessment (FSA) in China's Maritime Safety Management System

摘要

The thesis concludes the brief introduction of the concept of FSA (Formal Safety Assessment, translated into comprehensive security assessment) and its basis of applications scope. In need of ship safety of navigation, the thesis demonstrates the specific application methods which the FSA put in use in China's maritime administration. At the same time, it provides some suggestions and image to the construction of China's maritime safety management system, which aims to achieve a better application to the Marine Management.
