摘要

The development of electropolymerised films for fibre optic sensors utilising luminescent porphyrins is described. This paper gives preliminary results using Pt-Tetraphenylporphyrin in such films as a sensor for oxygen based on quenching of the luminescence lifetime. Sensors produced using this technique have proved to be robust with good reproducibility.
