A kind of fiber optic oxygen sensor based on fluorescence quenching has been studied. Using the phase lock enlargement technology, the concentration of oxygen has been detected by detecting the hysteresis of phase shift. The sensor has high detecting precision. good reproducibility and stability, fast response and strong ability of immunity from disturbance.%研制了一种基于荧光猝灭原理的光纤氧气传感器.采用锁相放大技术,通过测定传感器探头的荧光滞后相移来测定氧气的浓度.该传感器响应时间快,抗干扰能力强,具有较高的检测精度、较好的重复性和稳定性.
