This paper presents the development process of arnWeb-Based Educational Environment, namedrnIntegrated Teacher Oriented Educational Environmentrn(I.T.O.E.E), using the approach of the UnifiedrnModelling Language (U.M.L). The U.M.L. has beenrncombined with the Rational Unified Process (R.U.P),rnwhich is a modern, object-oriented softwarerndevelopment methodology. The I.T.O.E.E addressesrnmainly to the teachers who are novices in computer usernand programming, by offering a user-friendly interface.rnThe solution proposed in this paper is a complementaryrneducational method and gives emphasis on thernreinforcement of learning in secondary schoolrneducation.
