The Use of a Vesicular Delivery System in the Enhancement of Cisplatin Bioavailability

A vesicular delivery system was used to enhance the bioavailability of cisplatin compared to its solution form. When both forms of the drug were administered, the encapsulated drug demonstrated superior tissue uptake and cytotoxicity against cancer cells.
