摘要

This paper details the pavement evaluation and operations analysis oto design and sequence rehabilitiation of Runway 18R-36L and Taxiawy D at the Cincinnati/Northern kentucky International Airport. the runway was divided into five sections for rehabilitiation and different rehabilitation designs were evaluated for each section. SIMMOD was used to model and evaluate the delay costs with the rehabilitation options. Using SIMMOD analysies it was possible to develop phasing sequences to rehabilitate the runway taxiway system while maintaining operations at near normal levels.
