摘要

La_(2/3).Ca_(1/3)-Mn-O_3 thick films were obtained. The disagreement between the magnetic and electric properties were studied and related with EDAX analysis of the films. We proposed a qualitative model which. considers an electron tunneling mechanism and a distribution of Tc near to the grain boundaries.
