摘要

There exist many applications that need to collect bulk data reliably in wireless sensor networks (VVSN). Not like other reliable routing protocols adopting the reliable strategies in data link layer, we propose a novel reliable multi-path routing protocol in this paper, which tackles the problem of reliability from the other angle. We guarantee the data reliability in application layer by using erasure-resilient code which can reconstruct all original data after the sink receives part of the encoding packets. Therefore, the problem of reliable data delivery is transferred to the best-effort transmission. Furthermore, the protocol benefits from multi-path routing in terms of load balance, congestion control and buffer management. The protocol obtains better performance than the other traditional multi-path routing protocoL
