Dynamic Linkage Mechanism of Service Program Components for Diverse Services Creation in Personalized Communication Network

As distributed processing is widely used on the Internet, it has become important to develop mechanisms that will convert various service functions into program components and to generate services by combining components on the network. The purpose of this research was to obtain a method that would provide a middleware function to generate personalized network services by dynamically combining components based on users' requests. This paper proposes a component linkage mechanism that flexibly provides services for various requests by accepting free requests where the range has not previously been limited, by generating service linkage candidates that can satisfy the request, and by evaluating validity and selecting a candidate based on its similarity with various component linkage examples. An experiment using a personalized information-providing service as an application revealed that the mechanism we propose generates highly valid services.
