摘要

Tuberculosis has long been one of the most important infectious diseases in human beings. The incidence of tuberculosis has been decreasing since World War II, but it is still a difficult-to-control epidemic disease in the world. Further recently, since 1980 ages, the incidence rate of tuberculosis has been again increasing and re-emerging not only in the developing countries, but also in the developed ones, due to HIV co-infection, over-crowded population, frequent dislocaiton, homelesses and poverty (Fig.1 and 2). although tuberculosis has long history in host-parasite relationship for human, however, the mechanism of the infection, the immunological responses, the diagnostic tool and protective vaccine development should be further investigated. In this context, I would like to point out the present problems of each subjected in tuberculous (tB) infection.
