摘要

Aiming at getting the suitable thermal equilibrium of cooling system in engineering machinery,the fluid simulation was investigated.After the road test,the method of parameter acquisition was established.By using 1-D fluid software-Flowmaster V7,the thermal management model of engine cooling system was developed.The 1-D fluid simulation was established to analyse the influence on engine cooling systems by changing parameters of engine cooling system's parts.The matching optimization scheme was established.The results show that the energy consumption and noise were reduced by changing the speed of fan and pump suitably.Through the combination of doing tests and simulations,the model proved to be reasonable which can be used as a method to save manpower and material resources,and effectively shorten development cycle.
