摘要

An electric motor which was used to pull down the hatch after it is latched at high position had been eliminated for a new vehicle program. The closing effort system was redesigned to consider the loss of the electric motor. The methodology used here is the design of experiments and the Taguchi philosophy of desensitizing product performance with respect to source of noises.
