摘要

The helicopter airscrew pyramidal angle measure is the piece resistance for dynamic balance, It assure products interchange through checking the products quality after products leave factor. It must fit three airscrews-fiducial airscrew, concomitant airscrew and measured airscrew. Pyramidal angle measure has two problem because of high-speed circumvolve, one is the measure difficulty, the other is the precision error. Following to the new technology development there are more and more method for measuring. Now the method adopts photoelectric and electronic technology, computer technology. The method is briefness and high precision. The research designs two means for mea sure pyramidal angle, one is the laser incision for the fixed flat root, the other is CCD imaging. It analyses the work theory and precision. The technology keeps ahead in home through experiment. It achieves the best ratio of capability, and value.
