摘要

A new method is presented for real time measurements of the 2 dimension dynamic drift angle of turning platform. The method is that reflection beam of a point light source of laser is divided into two beams by a mirror of beam splitter and is taken over by corresponding two linear CCDs to measure 2 dimension run-out error of the turning platform. Through analysis of the principle of the measuring system, the real time sampling method based on the technology of CCD sensor and single chip computer is introduced. According to the needs of real-time measurement, the signal acquisition and data processing system that has three CPUs has been designed. The practice proved that it is not only feasible using two linear CCD sensors for measuring 2D error of the turning platform, but also the best given the economic factor. The measuring system is proved that it can achieve ±3 arc second distinguish precision with near 2 kHz sampling speed.
